Spekvia Terms of Use & Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the Spekvia app, creating an account, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the app.
2. Scope of Service & Subscription Model
Spekvia operates with a freemium business model:
- Free Stage: Offers 1 voice scenario per day (maximum 5 minutes) and unlimited flashcards/reading rights.
- Spekvia Pro Subscription: Provides unlimited voice scenario practice and access to advanced phonetic analyses with monthly or annual billing.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
Your subscriptions are automatically renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- You can cancel from your store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- In case of cancellation, you will continue to enjoy Pro privileges until the end of your current period.
- Refund requests are subject to the standard return policies of the respective store (Apple / Google).
4. Acceptable Use Rules
Users agree not to use aggressive, illegal, or hate speech expressions that would abuse the AI voice simulation system. Attempts to threaten system security with bots or reverse engineering will lead to immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
The name, logo, 3D visual assets, scenario database, and voice engine architecture of Spekvia are the registered intellectual property of Spekvia Inc. and cannot be reproduced without permission.
